The Sustainable Robotics Recycling project began in 2019, with the training of educators to develop the Sustainable Robotics Recycling activity in the Institution, where the project had as its principle the ODS 04, “which aims at an opportunity for lifelong learning, ensure inclusive, equitable and quality education, and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. The objective is to stimulate creativity through playfulness and the improvement of symbolic thinking, criticality regarding the reuse of various materials, reuse and re-signify your space, develop self-confidence and autonomy.

Having as educational intention: conscious consumption, innovation, solving everyday problems through reflection, the appropriation of new tools and prototyping; and more assertive decision making. Enabling the creation and construction of robots with small operations and automation.

Sustainable Recycling Robotics, meets one of the themes of UNESCO 2021, the Creative Economy that seeks, through sustainable development, to create, produce and share best practices and experiences. Re-signifying the occupation of space and the maintenance of healthy life on the planet, so that children and teenagers are able to argue, suggest, raise hypotheses, contribute and enable, through the exchange of experiences, working on implicit concepts from different areas of knowledge , in a creative, attractive and fun way; with tools that contribute to learning, organizing, thinking, communicating, exploring the world, sharing their knowledge with colleagues, teaching and learning even more with the so-called peer learning; thus developing responsibilities based on real life themes with concrete creations, fundamental skills for the 21st century.
