“In 2020, the process ir training for teachers, educators and agricultural technicians of the Specialized Directorate for Children and Adolescents (DECA) continued. In view of the global context of the pandemic, it was necessary to adapt to telework, through synchronous distance training meetings.<\/p>\n

It is an important exercise of action-reflection-action, of constant expansion and improvement of knowledge about socio-educational activities in the field of Non-Formal Education, in order to guarantee the effectiveness of DECA’s socio-educational proposal, considering the specific requirements and practices of this field of action, respecting the specifics of its public and the stages of human development.<\/p>\n

The formative meetings are held weekly and start from the conception and principle that training is a process of teaching and learning, of building knowledge, in a collective and multidisciplinary way. ”<\/p>\n
