Having as educational intention the themes as water, air, wind, soil, heat, light that is frequently approached in the Center and that is transformed into pedagogical tools like a living library, being able to be accessed throughout the year by our students, professionals, family members, and residents.
With a focus on sustainability, the Center seeks to awaken with soil conservationist practices, food production, bioconstruction, and ecological entrepreneurship not only to raise awareness and enhance natural resources but also for possible academic training or income generation.
The experiences lived at the Center make it possible in the pedagogical process for the individual to understand himself as an integral part and transforming agent of the Environment, using natural resources as a living library, which can be accessed throughout the year in various stations by students, professionals, families, and citizens.
We believe that to recognize healthy food we need to know how it should be produced, and when savored the experience becomes transformative.
The project took place in February and March / 2020.
